SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What You Need to Know
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout and shipping varies by product. We strive to process all orders within 48 hours of you placing an order (excluding weekends and holidays). You should receive a order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, that will include a tracking number so you may check the status of your package. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at: Gayleforsterdesigns@gmail.com and include your name and order number, and we will look into the problem or the delay and get back to you as soon as possible.
The Small Print
Gayle Forster Designs has both readymade and custom—print-on-demand products. Readymade products are returnable within 14 days in the event that you are unhappy with the product, or it doesn’t meet your needs. However, the custom made—print-on-demand products, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not permitted if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Gayle Forster Designs offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with us using our contact button below and provide a clear photo showing the issue. additionally, if there is an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
